It is with great enthusiasm that I introduce you to a woman I have great respect for. Because of the trust we have built, we are collaborating with Jenny Allison, a physician from the UK, in the creation of a training program who’s goal is to transform traditional medical professionals into trauma-informed practitioners. More about the program as it develops…

Her program, Beyond Surviving, has been specifically designed to change the way we think about and heal from abuse. Based on her educational training, study of neuroscience, and lessons learned from her own journey, she has successfully used this program since 2007 to help her clients break free from the past and move on with their lives.

I have to admit that I was skeptical at first regarding coaching vs. psychotherapy for clients who have been sexual abused. Because of her clinical training and high regard for the psychotherapeutic process, Rachel has assured me of her commitment to properly assess and refer clients when it is deemed appropriate. I can definitely envision working closely with her on a case or referring a client to her when they are ready for coaching.

You can contact her through her website: www.rachelgrantcoaching.com
